2. Our Role

SnapVod is a technical service that provides tools to download publicly available videos from social media platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content on our servers. All videos are downloaded directly from the original source platforms.

We act as a neutral intermediary and are not responsible for the content that users choose to download. However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will cooperate with copyright holders.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Service for any users who infringe intellectual property rights.
